This is where it all starts. From 4 or 5 to 8 years we develop basic ball-handling skills and hand-foot-eye coordination, and we start with basic rugby skills.
Ages 9 to 12. Here the focus is on developing decision making, passing around the contact area, introducing scrums and rucks, and team play.
Ages 13 to 17 the focus is on integration into senior rugby. Live scrums, lineouts, and a big focus on conditioning.
Ages 14 to 17 - Preparation for senior rugby with live scrums and lineouts.
