Introduction to 3-man non-contested scrums, rucks, and mauls. Maintaining
rugby basics: running, evasion, catching, passing, tracking, advancing on, tackling an opponent safely, and exploiting space to score tries.

Introduction to out-of-hand kicking. Running onto the ball, and passing under pressure. Moving the ball before contact. Ball presentation, and ruck placement. Learning to bounce and reload from tackles.
